Here’s a few FAQ regarding to wedding photography that might help you answer any questions/concerns you might have in mind. If your questions are not there please send me a letter.


QUESTION:

What happens if the wedding is affected by the pandemic

 

ANSWER:

You’ll be able to reschedule to another desired date for your wedding free of extra fee’s and contracts. Am here to support my couples even if I was to lose money.

 

QUESTION:

What is your photographic style

 

ANSWER:

My style is formally called photojournalistic wedding photography or wedding photojournalism. It takes the hands-off, documentary approach of photojournalism and applies it to wedding photography. Throw in a good eye for lighting, meticulous composition, and the patience necessary to catch a meaningful moments. My goal is to capture the real emotive moments of the day—yours, your family’s, and your friends. Ultimately, trends and looks will go out of style, but the fleeting moments that represent our relationships, love and humanity will not. It is my aim to preserve them for a lifetime.

 

QUESTION:

Will you be the only one at the wedding

 

ANSWER:

Yes, my packages include only me as the photographer, it is highly recommended to have another photographer if the guest lists are over 80. In the end having two shooters is always better than one.

 

QUESTION:

How long will it take to get our images?

 

ANSWER:

The industry standard is between 6-12 weeks, My aim is to finish well before that. I’ll be delivering sneak peaks within 72 hours after the wedding.

 

QUESTION:

How many images do you deliver?

 

ANSWER:

I try to have a quality over quantity mindset. Minimum 500 processed images, but as I’m actually documenting the day I often supply more,(between 8 – 12 hours). The photos you receive are carefully curated and lovingly edited to tell the visual narrative of your wedding day.

 

QUESTION:

Do you offer engagement sessions?

 

ANSWER:

Yes, It’s something I love to do. It’s a great way for us to know each other and there is a complimentary shoot included in my all day package.

 

QUESTION:

Will you travel?

 

ANSWER:

I would love to travel to your wedding, however travelling fee applies out of Auckland.

 

QUESTION:

How much are your booking fee?

 

ANSWER:

Booking fees are 30% of the agreed price and are non refundable and the final payment are made a month before the wedding.

 

QUESTION:

Do we need to feed you?

 

ANSWER:

I run, I jump, I squat, it’s a all day workout with the energy burned I/we (second photographer) would appreciate a meal to refuel for weddings over 5 hours.

 

QUESTION:

How do I book you?

 

ANSWER:

Easy! Everything could be done electronically online. A 30% deposit would be required followed by the rest a month before your wedding date.

 

QUESTION:

Can we meet before booking?

 

ANSWER:

Absolutely! We would love to get to know you, and hear more about your wedding planning. It’s also a great opportunity to ask me any questions.

 

QUESTION:

Once booked, what happens next?

 

ANSWER:

We will save your date to our calendar and will send out a online questionnaire for you to fill out. Closer to date we will contact you and see if the timeline is available.
